There are many opportunities to use our building, especially during the week! We have a sweet gym, lots of classrooms, A/V stuff, warm inviting spaces… YOU NAME IT! Just fill out the form below and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our building is available for use at the following times:
Monday – 9:00am -8:30pm
Tuesday – 9:00am -8:30pm
Wednesday – 9:00am-6:30pm
Thursday - 9:00am -8:30pm
Friday - 9:00am -5:00pm
Saturday – WCC events only, exceptions rare
Sunday – WCC events only, exceptions rare
It is our desire that our gym be available for community open gym use when it is not being used for WCC events or purposes. Therefore, it is typically not available to be reserved by outside groups. Parties and team practices are not approved uses.
The fine print: We reserve the right to restrict use of our building. Reservation requests must be approved by WCC, and should not be considered to be approved until a confirmation email is received. All reservations are subject to a reservation fee as determined by WCC. As a nonprofit 501(c)3, WCC applies all fees collected toward facilities upkeep and maintenance.
